We are pleased to inform that the Current Corporate Communication of Genting Hong Kong Limited (the "Company") has been issued and the English and Chinese versions thereof are available on the website of the Company at (www.gentinghk.com) and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") at (www.hkexnews.hk) (the "Website Version") as well as in printed form.

For Shareholders who have elected (or deemed to have agreed) to receive Website Version, you may access the Current Corporate Communication by clicking "Corporate Information" - "Investor Relations" on the home page of the Company's website and selecting the name of document under "Corporate Releases"; or by browsing through the Stock Exchange's website. For Shareholders who have elected to receive printed version(s), the same is enclosed herewith for your attention.

Shareholders who want to receive printed version(s) other than that you have received or for any reason have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Website Version may obtain, upon request in writing, printed copy(ies) of the Current Corporate Communication in English and/or Chinese version(s), free of charge from the Company or its Bermuda Principal Share Registrar, MUFG Fund Services (Bermuda) Limited c/o RBC Corporate Services Hong Kong Limited by completing Part A of the Change Request Form enclosed with this letter and returning it:
