GET BANK POLISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISION AUTHORITY APPROVES APPOINTMENT OF ARTUR KLIMCZAK AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF GETIN NOBLE BANK S.A.
In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information is recognised as equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member state, and in reference to current report 53/2017 of 11 April 2017, the Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw ('Bank') hereby informs that, on 30 May 2017, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressed consent to the appointment of Mr Artur Klimczak as the President of the Management Board Getin Noble Bank S.A.
On 11 April 2017, the Bank Supervisory Board passed a resolution to appoint Mr Artur Klimczak to the position of the President of the Management Board on condition that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority [KNF] expresses consent pursuant to provisions of art. 22b subpara. 1 of the Banking Law Act.
Till now Mr Artur Klimczak served as Vice-President of the Bank Management Board.
