Appointment of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

The Directors wish to announce the appointment of Mr Lee Kok Wah as a non-executive non- independent director of the Company with effect from 4 July 2014.

Mr Chin Siew Gim, the Non-Executive Chairman, welcomes Mr Lee to the Board and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
