Appointment of Independent Director & Reconstitution of Board Committees

The Board of Directors wish to announce the appointment of Mr Valentin Schillo as an independent director of the Company from 1 January 2014.
The Board of Directors having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and assessed Mr Schillo's qualification and experience is of the view that he has the requisite experience and capability to assume the responsibility of a Director of the Company.
The information relating to Mr Schillo will be disclosed in a separate announcement.
Mr Chin Siew Gim, Non-Executive Chairman, welcomes Mr Schillo to the Board and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
Following the appointment, the Board will now comprise:
