Resolutions Passed at Extraordinary General Meeting

The Directors are pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company held on 16 October 2013, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 1
October 2013 was voted by way of show of hands and have been duly passed by the shareholders.
The resolutions were : (i) to approve the issue and allotment of up to 55,234,000 Placement Shares & (ii) to approve the issue and allotment of 76,275,000 Subscription Shares to Roots Capital Asia Limited.

SESDAQ in 1993. It transited to Catalist on 4 January 2010.
