Third Interest Payment Period of the Common Bond Loan
According to the terms of the dated 21.3.2017 common bond loan (the 'Bond Loan') issued by 'Greek Organisation of Football Prognostics S.A.' (hereinafter the 'Company'), Thursday the 20th of September 2018 is set as the record date for the beneficiaries of interest payment for the third Interest Payment Period, i.e. from 21.3.2018 to 21.09.2018.
It is therefore clarified that as of Wednesday, 19.09.2018 (ex-coupon date)the Company's bonds in connection to the Bond Loan will be traded on the Athens Exchange without the right to receive the interest payment associated with the third coupon.
The gross interest amount for the third Interest Payment Period, which corresponds to 200,000 bonds currently traded on the Athens Exchange, is euro 3,577,777.78 i.e. euro 17.888889 per bond and has been calculated at an annual interest rate of 3.50% (before tax).
The payment of the accrued interest to the bondholders will take place through the 'Hellenic Central Securities Depositary S.A.' (ATHEXCSD) on Friday the 21st of September 2018 as follows:
Through the operators of the beneficiaries in the Dematerialized Security System(Banks and Securities firms) for the bondholders that have authorized their operators for the collection, according to the D.S.S.'s Operations Regulation and ATHEXCSD's relevant resolutions.
By depositing to the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), to which the bondholder has declared that it wishes to receive the distributed amounts, according to article 13 of the D.S.S.'s Operations Regulation and to the no 6 Decision of ATHEXCSD' Board of Directors, as in force, to bondholders who do not wish to receive the distributed amounts through their Operators.
Bondholderswho, for any reason, are unable to collect the distributed amounts via the above mentioned under 1 and 2 sections mechanism or whose bonds are kept in their special investor's account, they will be able to collect such from ATHEXCSD (110, Athinon Avenue) daily from Monday to Friday and from 09.00 to 16.00 or via a deposit in the bank account indicated by the bondholders to their operator by a relevant written notice.
It is hereby clarified that according to the applicable current legislation the right to collect interest amount disperses if not collected within the time limit of five (5) years from the end of the year that the corresponding right was born and that following such time bar any relevant amount shall be reimbursed to the Hellenic Republic.
