UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS

FOR JANUARY TO AUGUST 2018

The board of directors (the "Board") of Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the contracted sales of the Company, its subsidiaries and its affiliated companies (collectively, the "Group") for August 2018 amounted to approximately RMB3,323 million, representing a sharp increase of 88% compared with the same month of 2017. For the first eight months of 2018, the contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB21,834 million with a year-on-year increase of approximately RMB2,081 million, an increase of approximately 11%, and the contracted gross floor area sold amounted to approximately 1,921,364 square meters with a year-on-year increase of approximately 382,756 square meters, an increase of approximately 25%. The corresponding average selling price amounted to approximately RMB11,364 per square meter.

The above-mentioned sales data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information.
