Election of the employees representation to the Supervisory Broad of Grupa Żywiec S.A.

According to the par. 14 , section 1 of and 2017 the Statutes of Grupa Żywiec S.A and resolution No 7 of the General Meeting of the Company from 02.04.2020., on 14.05.2020 employees of Grupa Żywiec S.A. again elected Mr. Krzysztof Jasek as their representative to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Krzysztof Jasek is a graduate of the Academy of Computer Science and Management (Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania) in Bielsko-Biała. He began his professional career in 1978 in the company Celma in Cieszyn where he worked until 1982. In the period 1982-1983, he worked at the Municipal Construction Company in Żywiec. Mr. Krzysztof Jasek has been employed at Grupa Żywiec S.A. since August 1983. At present, he is Head of the Administration Department and Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union NSZZ "Solidarność" at the Grupa Żywiec. He is member of European Works Council of Heineken. Mr. Krzysztof Jasek has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Żywiec S.A. since 1994.

Mr. Krzysztof Jasek does not conduct any activities in competition with the Company and is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
