Grupo Zuliano CA is a Venezuela-based holding company primarily engaged in the establishment, participation, management and operation of entities active in the development, exploitation, process and preparation of hydrocarbons for the elaboration of chemicals or petrochemicals products. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Poliolefinas Internacionales CA (Polinter), which produces and distributes linear polyethylene resins and polyethylene of high and low density, and Polipropileno de Venezuela Propilven SA (Propilven), a manufacturer of polypropylene and its derivates. Through its subsidiaries, the Company’s production plants are located in the Ana Maria Campos Petrochemical Complex, municipality of Miranda, state of Zulia.
