Gulf Investment Services Holding Company SAOG, formerly Gulf Investment Services Company SAOG, is an Oman-based company engaged in the provision of investment and brokerage services. The Company is organized, along with its subsidiaries, into two business segments: the Investment segment includes activities related to the Company's proprietary portfolio, and the Brokerage segment offers brokerage services to retail customers, as well as high net worth individuals and institutional clients. The Company's subsidiaries and associated companies include Gulf Baader Capital Markets SAOC, which provides financial services; DOM Global Property Investment BSC, which is active in real estate business, and Hotel Management Co LLC, which is involved in the hotel management sector. In June 2012, the Company acquired 28 apartments in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
