GYG plc (AIM: GYG), a market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, announces that it was notified on 17 July 2018 that Peter Brown, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 112,500 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 88.3889p per share.

As a result, Mr Brown holds 1,723,575 Ordinary shares, representing 3.70 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
