On August 6, 2020, David L. Bortolussi, Group President, Innerwear International of Hanesbrands Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he would be leaving the Company in order to pursue another professional opportunity. Mr. Bortolussi is expected to remain with the Company through February 6, 2021.
