CHICAGO (AP) _ Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (HSII) on Monday reported fourth-quarter net income of $10.6 million.
The Chicago-based company said it had profit of 54 cents per share.
The executive search firm posted revenue of $184.6 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $180 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $46.9 million, or $2.40 per share. Revenue was reported as $706.9 million.
For the current quarter ending in April, Heidrick & Struggles said it expects revenue in the range of $165 million to $175 million.
Heidrick & Struggles shares have fallen 21% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $25.83, a fall of 24% in the last 12 months.
