CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Hi Sun Technology (China) Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Chan Yiu Kwong ("Mr. Chan") has ceased to be one of the two authorised representatives of the Company (the "Authorised Representative") under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") with effect from 13 August 2020.

The Board further announces that (i) in replacement of Mr. Chan, Ms. Hui Lok Yan ("Ms. Hui"), the company secretary of the Company, has been appointed as the Authorised Representative together with Mr. Li Wenjin; and (ii) Mr. Chan has been appointed as an alternate Authorised Representative to Ms. Hui, under Rule 3.06(2) of the Listing Rules, with both appointment taking effect from 13 August 2020.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chan for his valuable contribution to the Company.
