(Stock code: 01393) ADJOURNMENT OF WINDING UP HEARING IN HONG KONG

Reference is made to the announcements of Hidili Industry International Development Limited (the "Company") dated 20 January 2016, 23 March 2016, 13 April 2016, 18 April 2016 and 20 June 2016 (the "Announcements") in relation to, among other things, the Winding Up Petition against the Company. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.

Upon the hearing heard before the presiding Companies Judge on 11 July 2016, the hearing of the Winding Up Petition has been adjourned to 26 September 2016.

Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company to inform the public on any material development of the Winding Up Petition as and when appropriate.

Trading in the share of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended will effect from 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2016, and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
