Changes within the management of

Home Invest Belgium

Home Invest Belgium (HIB) and Ms Sophie Lambrighs, Chief Executive Officer, have decided by common consent to end their collaboration, considering the contractually stipulated exit package as set out in the Corporate Governance Statement in the annual report. Her tenure as (delegated) director and effective manager of HIB ends on 10 July 2018. Sophie Lambrighs joined HIB in June 2014.

Furthermore, HIB and Mr Nicolas Vincent, Chief Investment Officer, have decided by common consent to end their collaboration. His tenure as Chief Investment Officer and effective manager of HIB ends on 10 July 2018, considering the contractually stipulated exit package as set out in the Corporate Governance Statement in the annual report. Mr Vincent joined HIB in 2016.

The executive board warmly thanks them for their contribution to the growth of the company and wishes them both every success in the future.

In addition, the HIB executive board has agreed, pending the approval of the FSMA, to appoint two new effective managers; namely Mr Liévin Van Overstraeten and Mr Johan Van Overstraeten.

The effective management of the company will be handled temporarily, until the appointment of a new CEO, by:

  • - Mr Jean-Luc Colson, CFO;

  • - Mr Filip Van Wijnendaele, COO;

  • - Mr Liévin Van Overstraeten;

  • - Mr Johan Van Overstraeten.
