Hubline Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services. It operates two business segments: Dry bulk shipping logistics services, and Flying academy aviation school and general aviation services. It is engaged in the dry bulk shipping business and provides barge logistics services of between 8,000 metric tons to 10,000 metric tons of dry bulk cargo per shipment. It has a fleet of 23 sets of tugs and barges that geographically operates within the Southeast Asian region, plying the trading routes of amongst others, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. It is also involved in flying academy and general aviation services. Its services include aircraft chartering, emergency medical services, flying doctor services, surveys, mapping and photography, and transportation of passenger and cargo. Its subsidiaries include Layang Layang Aerospace Sdn. Bhd. and Layang Layang Flying Academy Sdn. Bhd.
