VOLUNTARY WINDING UP OF DORMANT SUBSIDIARIES


Pursuant to Rule 704(21) of the Listing Manual of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited, as trustee-manager (the 'Trustee-Manager') of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust ('HPH Trust'), wishes to announce its plan to voluntarily wind up of the following dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries (and to appoint a liquidator to effect the same), as part of the efforts of HPH Trust to rationalise its structure of and that of its subsidiaries (collectively, the 'Group'). The winding up of these dormant subsidiaries is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings per unit and net tangible asset value per unit of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.
