Ignacio Galán, Iberdrola chairman and member of theEuropean Round Table of Industrialists (ERT), is backing the ERT's commitment to inclusive growth to confirm the enormous value that a diverse workforce can bring. This commitment is part of a larger campaign called #EmbraceDifference.
