Breunig joins IBERIABANK with an extensive background in the Orlandomarket banking industry. He most recently served as Corporate Group Head and Managing Director at Fifth Third Bank where he was responsible for three of its nine corporate banking divisions. Prior to that role, he worked for CitiBank and was responsible for establishing the Mid-Corporate practice for the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic region. His experience also includes his role as Market President/Commercial Bank Director at Wachovia/Wells Fargo, and he started his career at Barnett/NationsBank/Bank of America in Orlando.

A long-time resident of Orlando, Breunig graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Floridawhere he played basketball.
