IC Immobilien : Gruppe appointed as manager of retail park in Parsdorf

As of March 2017, IC Immobilien Gruppe has been appointed to manage the 6,200 square metre retail park 'Am Lerchenfeld 3-9' in Parsdorf. The retail park's tenants include the discounter Aldi, the food retailer HIT and the drugstore chain Rossmann. Newly developed in 2016, the building is owned by Real l.S. Grundvermögen GmbH & Co. closed investment KG, a portfolio investment fund for private investors from the asset manager Real I.S. The IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated to provide commercial and technical property management services on behalf of the owner.

'This modern retail park is situated within Parsdorf's highly frequented commercial area,' said Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer, Regional Office Manager Munich. 'Given its location and the strength of the area's other offerings, this commercial site at the entrance to Munich is not only very popular locally, but is also a key retail destination for the wider region.'

In addition to the retail park in Parsdorf, the IC Immobilien Gruppe also manages the 6,000-square-metre retail property 'Neue Mitte Karlsfeld' and a further property in central Friesing on behalf of Real l.S.
