IC Immobilien : Gruppe awarded property management mandate for Theodor Portfolio 1 and 2 by Peakside Capital

IC Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded a new property management mandate by Peakside Capital, owner of the 14 properties which comprise Theodor Portfolio 1 S.à.r.l. and Theodor Portfolio 2 S.à.r.l. Peakside Capital has also appointed the Munich-based Marienburg Real Estate GmbH to provide asset management services. IC Immobilien Gruppe has been commissioned from 01.10.2017 until 31.12.2019. The properties in the two portfolios are distributed throughout Germany.

The mandate for Theodor Portfolio 1 covers the management of 13 properties, five in North Rhine-Westphalia, two in Bavaria, two in Baden-Württemberg and one each in Berlin, Bremen, Saxony and Lower Saxony. Of these, one is a residential building and twelve are office buildings, with a combined total of more than 35,000 square metres of rentable space. The properties' tenants include a system provider, management consultancy and a tax consultant. The largest tenant, across multiple locations, is a health insurance company.

For the Theodor Portfolio 2, IC Immobilien Gruppe manages a fully-let, almost 1,840-square-metre office building in Hanover. The sole tenant is also a health insurance company.
