IC Immobilien : Gruppe lets more than 900 square metres in Munich

IC Immobilien Gruppe has concluded a long-term lease for more than 900 square metres of office, practice and storage space in the commercial property it manages at Maximilianstraße 38/40, the Bavarian capital's most prestigious boulevard. The lease has been agreed with amedes Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum für Gynäkologie und Pathologie München GmbH, one of the city's longest-standing medical centres. IC Immobilien Gruppe manages the property, which has a total lettable area of some 6,600 square metres, on behalf of an institutional investor.

'With this client mandate, we have been able to provide a full spectrum of services as a full-service provider. In addition to asset management and letting services, we have also handled the property management, including company and client accounting, and overseen the property's revitalisation programme and tenant fit outs,' explained Heiko Dietel, Managing Director of IC Immobilien Service GmbH, an IC Immobilien Gruppe company.
