IC IMMOBILIEN HOLDING AG Munich, 26 August 2015 - IC Immobilien Gruppe took over the property management mandate for a retail property at Hans-Steinkohl-Straße 30 in Munich-Freiham. The hardware store Hornbach is the sole tenant. The building has a size of 33,432 square meters and was constructed in 2007. A subsidiary of the owner Tilad Investment Funds SPC, a multi familiy office from the Gulf region, issued the mandate. Tilad Investment Funds SPC already mandated IC Immobilien Gruppe with the property management of the BMW distribution center in Niederaichbach near Landshut.
