IC Immobilien Gruppe has been mandated with the commercial, technical and financial property management for three office buildings in Berlin, Leinfelden-Echterdingen and Ludwigsburg, near Stuttgart. The owner of the properties is Wealthcap Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, which since March 2018 has already commissioned IC Immobilien Gruppe with the management of 39 commercial properties throughout Germany in the framework of a long-term partnership.

The first building is very centrally located at Carnotstrasse 5-7 in Berlin and comprises a leasable area of approx. 10,500 square metres as well as 169 underground parking spaces. The long-term tenant in the property, which was completed in 1996, is a large engineering company.

The second building, with a leasable area of approx. 11,600 square metres as well as 150 underground parking spaces and 37 outdoor parking spaces, is located at Fasanenweg 11 in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. The largest tenants are a public authority and a management consultancy.

The third property, a listed building in a historical district with a leasable area of approx. 13,800 square metres and 113 outdoor parking spaces, is located at Hindenburgstrasse 45. In addition to a digital service provider, an employment agency and a children's facility, the main tenant is a subsidiary of Porsche AG.
