Announcement of Changes to the Representative Directors

Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. hereby announces that it passed the following resolutions with respect to the changes to the representative directors at the board meeting held on February 14, 2018.

• 1. Background

  We will further enhance the management structure to accelerate the business collaboration with Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K. through the Brighter Energy Alliance and business integration efforts as well as to promote the fifth consolidated medium-term management plan commencing in FY 2018 to be announced this spring.
