Announcement Regarding Status and Completion of Acquisition of Treasury Shares
(Acquisition of Treasury Shares pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation under the Provision of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act of Japan)
Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces the status of the acquisition of the Company's treasury shares, pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation under the provision of Article 459, paragraph 1 of the Companies Act of Japan, which was resolved by the board of directors meeting held on July 10, 2018, as follows.
In addition, the acquisition of the Company's treasury shares based on the above resolution has been completed.
