IES Holdings Ltd is an Israel-based holding company primarily engaged in the real estate sector. The Company is involved in the design, development, construction and rental of residential real estate properties, and logistics and industry buildings. The Companyâs portfolio includes such properties as Andromeda Hill project in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Palmachim Industrial Park and Sochi Tower project. It is active in the construction of facilities for storage and maintenance of aircrafts. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture of pre-cast concrete products for the construction of offices, commercial and residential buildings. Additionally, it is involved in the distribution in Israel of coating solutions products under the brand name DuPont, as well as in the operation of pizza delivery restaurant chain.
