The 3rd quarter of 2011 notched up an excellent commercial performance. The Iliad Group recruited a further 73,000 new subscribers net of terminations, representing a market share of almost 27% of net recruitments for the period. At 30 September 2011, the Group's subscriber base stood at almost 4.8 million broadband subscribers. The highlights were as follows:
(i) Continued success of the Freebox Revolution offer, again giving the Group a market share of over 34% with 93,000 new Free subscribers (net of terminations and excluding Alice migrations), a huge recruitment success pointing to the immense attraction of the Freebox Revolution offer and the Group's capacity to carve out competitive edge and innovate.

quarter of 2011.

(ii) Success on the Alice subscribers' loyalty and retention programme: this was implemented by the Group at the beginning of the year and enabled Alice subscribers to migrate to Free offers, especially the Freebox Revolution offer. It allowed some 20,000 Alice
subscribers to take up a Free offer during the 3rd quarter.
Moreover, during the 3rd quarter the Group continued its efforts to extend the unbundling of the local loop by pursuing its investment by opening new Central Offices, and thus improve its unbundling ratio to 91.6% at 30 September 2011.

On the back of the commercial success of the Freebox Revolution offer, Group revenues increased by
5% during the 3rd quarter of 2011 to 537 million euros. This reacceleration of Group growth arose within an unfavourable regulatory context (drop in fixed call termination, increase in VAT etc.).
Group ARPU (end of period) for the 3rd quarter of the year was 35.5 euros, stable with respect to the
2nd quarter of 2011. The ARPU generated by the Freebox Revolution subscribers again stood at more than 38 euros for the period.
