AVAILABILITY CONDITIONS OF THE 2018 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT
Imerys filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on March 20, 2019, its 2018 Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report and the report of the Board of Directors on Corporate Governance.
The 2018 Registration Document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided by applicable regulations and may be consulted on the Group's websitewww.imerys.com from its home page, section Annual Documents. It is also available on the AMF's website(www.amf-france.org).
The English version of the 2018 Registration Document will be available within the next few days on the Group's website.
