Following the announcement on 4 April 2019 of its results for the Year Ended 31 December 2018, Independent Oil and Gas plc ('IOG' or the 'Company') (AIM: IOG.L), the development and production company focused on becoming a substantial UK gas producer, hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting.

Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Independent Oil and Gas plc will be held at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR on 8 May 2019 at 10.00am. The Company posted its 2018 Annual report and Accounts and the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to its shareholders on 10 April 2019.

About Independent Oil and Gas: IOG owns substantial low risk, high value gas reserves in the UK Southern North Sea. The Company is targeting a 2P peak production rate of 146 MMCF/d (c. 25,000 Boe/d) from its substantial Core Project (2P gas Reserves of 302 BCF¹ + 2C gas Contingent Resources of 108 BCF²) via an efficient hub strategy.
