Board Update

London: Informa (LSE: INF.L), the International Exhibitions, Events, Information Services and Scholarly Publishing Group, today confirmed that Cindy Rose and David Wei have chosen not to stand for re-election as Non-Executive Directors at the Group's upcoming AGM on 24 May and will be stepping down from the Board of Informa effective from the end of the AGM.

Cindy Rose joined Informa in 2013 and having completed six years as a Non-Executive Director has chosen not to seek another term.

David Wei joined the Board in 2018 following the Combination with UBM. As Informa approaches the one-year anniversary of the Combination and successful completion of the Accelerated Integration Plan, David has also decided not to seek re-election, allowing him to focus on his other professional commitments.

The Group has engaged an International Search firm to assist with the search for a new Non-Executive Director and further announcements will be made in due course.

This announcement has been made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 R (2). Both Cindy and David will cease to be Directors at the conclusion of the AGM and Resolutions 10 and 5, which relate to their re-election, will be withdrawn. This does not affect the validity of any proxy votes already submitted. Both Directors will receive their annual Non-Executive Director fees on a pro-rata basis up until this time.
