Further to current reports nos. 03/2016 of 2 February 2016, 09/2016 of 7 March 2016 and 13/2016 of 31 March 2016, the Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice that they learnt that the District Court for Katowice-Wschód, Commercial Division No. 8 of the National Court Register, deleted, on 31 May 2016, the company called ING Securities Spółka Akcyjna z siedzibą w Katowicach, address: ul. Sokolska 34, 40-086 Katowice, entered in the Entrepreneurs Register maintained by the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, Commercial Division No. 8 of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000074974.

The company was deleted from the National Court Register following its division pursuant to Article

529 §1 item 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies and Partnerships Code, that is by way of transferring all assets of ING Securities S.A. onto ING Bank Śląski S.A. and Nowe Usługi S.A. (division by acquisition) in accordance with the principles set out in the Division Plan.
