Interconexion Electrica S A : ISA won energy transmission public bidding in Colombia

This project, awarded by UPME, will guarantee transmission reliability and service assurance in the Departments of Santander and Cesar.
ISA will receive annual revenues for USD 1,06 million.
The Energy Mining Planning Unit (UPME) awarded ISA, through open public bidding process, the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the third 500/230 kV /450 MVA transformer at the Sogamoso Substation in the Department of Santander.
This project, which must be in operation on November 30, 2019, will guarantee reliable and safe service provision in the departments of Santander and Cesar.
The reference estimated investment value by UPME for this project is USD 15,6 million and ISA will receive annual revenues for USD 1,06 million (dollars in December 2017) once in operation.
INTERCOLOMBIA, ISA's affiliate, will oversee its execution and operation.
