Intercontinental International REIC hereby announces that Ms Valentini Konsta assumes the role of Internal Auditor, in replacement of Mr. Kyriakos Berberakis.

Ms. Konsta has worked since 2001 as an Internal Auditor, Business Consultant and External Auditor in various national and multinational companies, Listed or private, in Greece and abroad, as follows: Ernst & Young Business Advisory Services (EY) (Internal Auditor), Infotax S.A. (External Auditor), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) (Internal Auditor), Dryships Inc. (Chief Internal Auditor & SOX Professional Coordinator), Freeseas Inc. (Chief Internal Auditor & SOX Professional Coordinator), Mazars Greece Certified Public Accountants- Business Advisors S.A. (Internal Audit Manager).

Ms. Konsta is a graduate of the American College of Greece - Deree College - B.Sc. in Business Administration - Major in Accounting and Finance and holds a Master degree in Internal Auditing and Management, by the City University Business School - UK - London. She is a member of the Chamber of Tradesmen, of the Greek Institute of Internal Auditors and of the International Institute of Internal Auditors. She holds the CIA and CRMA certification.
