On April 20, 2020, during the earnings presentation, IBM announced that it realigned a few offerings and the related management system within its current segment structure resulting in the recast of approximately $0.3 billion of IBM's total $77 billion of 2019 revenue between segments, with no change to IBM's consolidated results. This information was also included in the slides to IBM's first-quarter 2020 earnings presentation, which were furnished to the SEC as Exhibit 99.3 to the company's 8-K on April 20, 2020.
