International Personal Finance : Provident Polska celebrates 20 year anniversary

Provident Polska, part of International Personal Finance (IPF), is celebrating its 20 year anniversary. A market leading provider of home credit, Provident Polska is proud to have served over 4 million customers since launching in 1997.

Over the last two decades Provident Polska has become one of the top employers in Poland and an integral part of the well-functioning and competitive consumer credit market. Provident has a workforce of several thousand people, including its home credit agents who serve customers at their convenience in their homes.

Provident Polska offers customers a range of flexible home credit and digital products to meet their everyday requirements and continues to innovate to best serve these needs. Last year, Provident Polska introduced online self-service loans (Pożyczka Samoobsługowa), becoming the only consumer finance business in Poland to provide credit through both traditional channels (home credit with agent service and brokers) and online.

This milestone anniversary follows multiple award wins and industry recognition received by Provident Polska in 2017. Earlier this year the company was awarded the Master of Business title by Businessman.pl magazine, named Top Employer 2017 for the fifth time by the Top Employers Institute, and Financial Brand of the Year by economic publication Gazeta Finansowa.

Provident Polska is a leading provider of home credit in Poland. For the 6 months ended 30 June 2017, IPF's Northern Europe region, which comprises the home credit businesses in Poland and the Czech Republic, had 798,000 customers and credit issued was £248M.
