Intertrust : hires new managing director in the UK

We're pleased to welcome Andrea Williams, Managing Director of our London office, who will lead the direction and growth of this key Intertrust location.

Well respected within the City, Andrea has joined from Alter Domus where she was country executive with responsibility for fund administration, corporate services, depositary services and transfer pricing. She also has expertise in private equity and real estate. Prior to this role Andrea was a director at Blackstone Group and has had vast industry experience across FMCG and banking. She is a fellow of the ACCA and serves as a committee member for Women in Fund Finance.

In the UK, we're a long-established provider of capital markets services and are expanding our corporate clients and funds offerings to meet with growing client demand for our expert services. Andrea will be leading a team of over 70 professionals in London and her appointment follows further senior management hires including Michelle O'Flaherty as Head of Corporate Clients, Clive Short, Head of Funds and Osman Osman, Head of Business Development, all of whom will ensure we deliver best-in-class services to our clients.
