INV ITATION TO THE ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR S' MEMB ERSHIP

The Board of Directors is pleased to inform the shareholders that the nominations for the membership to the Board of Directors will be open for a period from Wednesday, 05/04/2017 to Sunday,16/04/2017. Each person that fulfils the nomi nation conditions, may nominate themselves, by submitting an application at the Company's main office at 4lh Floor-Spectrum Building, Oud Metha Road, Dubai. The application must include a biography, relevant experiences and degrees. The official application form should be attached with an introductory brief for the applicant and the capacity of membership (executive member- non executive-independent member).

General cond ition s:

I . N umber of board members requi red to be elected is 5.

1. The nomination for the membership of the board of directors shall remain open for at least 10 days from the date of the notice, as per the requirements of article

   (40) of the ministerial resolution no. (7 r.m .) of 2016 concerning the standards of institutional discipline and governance of public shareholding companies.

2. The candidate for the board membership m ust fulfil the conditions stated in federal law no (2) of 2015 regarding commercial companies, the ministerial resolution no. (7 r.m.) of 2016 concerning the standards of institutional discipline and governance of public shareholding companies.

3. The nomination application shall contain the documents referred to in article

   (41) of the ministerial resolution no (7 r.m) of 2016 concerning the standards of institutional discipline and governance of public shareholding companies.

4. After the closing period, no nominee may waive his/her nomination for someone else.

5. The company will post the names of nominees and details of their nomination

   on the notice board at the company's headquarters and on the company's website (www.salama.ae) on Tuesday,18 April 2017.

6. The Securities & Commodities Authority and Dubai Financial Market will be

provided with the list of the nominees after the end of the nomi nation period
