In the press release dated December 25, 2019 titled "(Change) Notice Concerning a Change to "Notice Regarding Changes to Date of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Establishment of Additional Record Date Therefor"", it was announced that Japan Display Inc. ("JDI") had set January 16, 2020 (Thursday) as the record date for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the "General Meeting of Shareholders"). JDI announces that it has resolved at its board of directors meeting held today the date and time, venue and matters to be resolved at the General Meeting of Shareholders as follows.
