Japan Display Inc. hereby announces that it has resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held today the matters to be resolved at the 18th annual gerneral meeting of shareholders and class meeting by common shareholders, both scheduled to be held on August 26, 2020.

Proposal No. 1: Reduction of Capital Reserve and Appropriation of Surplus

Proposal No. 2: Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation (1)

Proposal No. 3: Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation (2)

Proposal No. 4: Issuance of Class D Shares and Stock Acquisition Rights Through Third-party Allotment

Proposal No. 5: Election of Seven (7) Directors
