June 2020 Corporate Bond Trust (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment fund. Its investment objectives are to return to Unit holders the original issue price on or before the Scheduled Termination Date, and generate over the term of the Fund an average annual total return after fees and expenses of approximately 2.99% for investors purchasing Class A Units and over 3.49% for investors purchasing Class T Units. The Fund’s portfolio includes primarily debt securities of Canadian and the United States corporate issuers. The Fund invests approximately 69% of its initial portfolio in eligible debt securities rated investment grade. The Fund may invest approximately 29% of its initial portfolio in eligible debt securities that are high yield debt securities and/or in cash or cash equivalents. The Fund invests in industries, such as insurance, banks, energy, basic materials, utilities and communications. Fiera Capital Corporation is the manager of the Fund.
