JXTG Holdings, Inc., JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy anticipate personnel changes as follows.

These appointments will be subject to the decisions at their respective general meetings of shareholders and board of directors scheduled for 25thJune.

1. Anticipated appointments of executive management

• The trade name of JXTG Holdings, Inc. and JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation will be changed to ENEOS Holdings, Inc. and ENEOS Corporation respectively as of the date of annual shareholder meeting to be held on 25th June 2020
