KAP AG PERSONNEL CHANGES

Fulda, 30 September 2019 - KAP AG's CEO, Guido Decker, has resigned today, effective 30 September 2019.

By today's resolution of the Supervisory Board, Mr Uwe Stahmer was appointed as interim member of the Management Board for a period until 30 September 2020, effective 1 October 2019. Mr Stahmer's Supervisory Board mandate will be suspended during his term on the Management Board.
