Business Summary

Karex Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company has three segments. Sexual Wellness segment is engaged in the sale of condoms, personal lubricants and sex toys. Medical segment is engaged in the sale of catheters, probe covers, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and pregnancy test kits, and other medical related products. Other segment is engaged in the sale of products not related to sexual wellness and medical. Its subsidiaries, including Hevea Medical Sdn. Bhd., Innolatex Sdn. Bhd., Innolatex (Thailand) Limited, Karex Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Medical-Latex (Dua) Sdn. Bhd., are engaged in the manufacturing and selling of condoms, rubber products, personal lubricants and others. Its subsidiary, Karex Marketing Sdn. Bhd., is involved in manufacturing and selling hand sanitizers, condoms, personal lubricants and others. Its subsidiaries, Karex Global Limited, Karex Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Karex International Sdn. Bhd., are engaged in investment holding activity.
