Appendix 3X - Initial Directors Interest Notice

Mr Bruce Phillips was appointed as a Director on 1 January 2019. Due to an administrative delay, an Appendix 3X was not lodged with the ASX within 5 business days as required.

The Company considers its current arrangements are adequate for ensuring timely and accurate notification and confirms that all required information has been disclosed to it with respect to the appointment.

All administrative processes are now complete and the required Appendix 3X is now attached.
