Following her recent appointment as Chief Economist of the OECD, Laurence Boone was obliged to resign from her position as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Kering on July 26, 2018. This has been acknowledged by the Board.

Sophie Bouchillou, Director Representing Employees, has reached the end of her mandate and has been replaced by Claire Lacaze.
