The Distribution Sales of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Products segment is engaged in the distribution and sales of branded imported pharmaceutical and healthcare products primarily in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Manufacturing and Sales of Electrotherapeutic and Physiotherapeutic Devices and General Medical Examination Devices segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of electrotherapeutic and physiotherapeutic devices, as well as general medical examination devices in the PRC.
