In accordance with article 24§2(a)of law 3461/2006, we hereby notify that the company «NISSOS HOLDINGS (CY) LTD» acquired on 17.4.2018 in total 6.814 common registered shares of the company "KORRES SOCIETE ANONYME - NATURAL PRODUCTS" against a consideration of 5,08 Euro per share through on exchange transactions. Clearing of such transactions shall take place on 19.4.2018.
