COMPANY ANNOUNCMENTS PLATFORM DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

KUTh Energy Limited (ASX:KEN) wishes to advise that Mr Geoff Ward has been appointed as a non- executive director of the Company effective from today.
Mr Ward is the Managing Director of Geodynamics Limited (ASX: GDY). GDY has announced to the ASX today that it holds a relevant interest in more than 90% of the issued shares in KUTh providing GDY with the right to compulsory acquire all of the remaining KUTh shares for which it has not already received acceptances for in respect of its takeover offer.
The Board welcomes Mr Ward as a Director of KUTh. An Appendix 3X follows for Mr Ward.
